What you are buying, in plain terms.

Kallo is a trading brand of Velocia Group Corporation, a Delaware corporation at 1007 N Orange St, 4th Floor, Ste 1382, Wilmington, New Castle, Delaware 19801. Your contract is with that company.

A standard commission produces architectural still images from a clean model you supply, against a brief we have both agreed. The published tiers state how many images each includes and how many visual directions.

Further standard views from an already-approved direction bill at the published per-view rate. Interiors, aerials, complex landscaping, animation and film are quoted after we have read your model, because their cost depends on what the file actually carries.

Geometry in a delivered image comes from your file: your proportions, your openings, your datum lines. Materials, planting and light are set on top of those dimensions and never instead of them.

A clean model export, and the authority to use it. By sending a file you confirm you hold the rights in it, or have permission from whoever does, to have it rendered.

If a file will not carry what you have asked for, we tell you before anything is quoted or charged. Reviewing your file costs nothing.

Your model files and every image derived from them are confidential. We store them privately, use them only to produce your commission, and never publish, resell, share or demonstrate them without your written approval.

That includes our own marketing. Your project does not appear in a portfolio, a case study, a pitch or a social post unless you have told us in writing that it may.

A non-disclosure agreement can be signed before any transfer, and secure upload instructions are supplied before you share a file. Either is available on request and neither delays a quote.

You may ask us to delete your files at any point after delivery, and you may agree a project-specific deletion date before anything is sent. We will confirm either in writing.

Each tier includes one consolidated revision round. Consolidated means one set of comments covering everything, rather than a sequence of single changes, which is how a revision stays included rather than becoming a new commission.

Turnaround is typically three working days from an accepted brief. That is a working expectation and not a guarantee: it depends on the state of the model you send. If a file needs repair before it can be photographed, that is design work and is quoted separately before it starts.

On full payment, you own the delivered images and may use them however your project requires, including marketing, listings, submissions and publication.

You keep everything you already owned. Sending us a model transfers no rights in the model itself.

Where an image carries generative finishing it is labelled as such, and the label states that dimensions are approximate while geometry, openings and datum lines come from your model.

Every commission is quoted as a fixed figure with a delivery date before work begins. The quote states its own currency, and that is the currency you are charged in. New Zealand, Australian and United States clients are each quoted in their own.

Payment is by card through Stripe, our payment processor. Final files are delivered once the invoice is settled. Any tax that applies is shown on the quote.

If a delivered image does not match the brief we agreed, tell us and we will correct it. That is the remedy, and it is one we would rather give than argue about.

Beyond correcting the work, our liability for any commission is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as a missed submission deadline, where the cause was outside our control.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
