The quickest route to a real answer is a brief, because it carries the project and the model with it. Email works too if you would rather ask something first.
Send a brief
The brief form takes a couple of minutes. It asks what the project is, what you need from it, and what model you have. A fixed quote and a delivery date come back before any work begins, and reviewing your file costs nothing.
If you are not sure whether your export is usable, send it anyway. Telling you it will not work is a faster service than quoting around it.

Where we work
New Zealand, Australia, United States. Kallo is a remote studio, so there is no showroom to visit and no appointment to book. Files arrive as files and images leave as images.
The studio runs on New Zealand time. Work sent at the end of a United States business day is often looked at overnight, and Australian projects overlap for most of the working day.
