Architectural visualisation · New Zealand + Australia

Your model, photographed.

It is exact because it comes from your geometry. It is fast because it is a capture, not a rebuild.

Stills and film for house and land sellers, architectural designers and architects, made from the model you already have.

The proof

Nothing moves but the materials.

Drag the line. The left frame is the capture of the model; the right is the delivered image. Roof pitch, window count, post positions and the fence line hold still, because both frames come from the same geometry.

Process

Three steps, no rebuild.

01

Send the model

IFC is ideal; Revit, ArchiCAD, Vectorworks and SketchUp exports all carry it. You send the file you already maintain, with the brief: views, materials, season, light.

02

The capture

We photograph the geometry itself: elevations, corners, interiors, aerials. Materials, planting and light are set on top of your dimensions, never instead of them.

03

Delivered

Print-ready stills at up to 8K, labelled honestly. A revision is a re-capture, not a re-model, which is why it comes back in hours rather than weeks.

Services

Stills, film, revisions.

Stills

Hero exteriors, elevation sets, interiors and aerials, per image or as a project set: a hero, four elevations, two interiors and an aerial covers most launches.

Film

Short moves built on the same geometry, on request per project. Ask in the brief and we will tell you plainly whether your model carries it.

Revisions

A cladding change, a season change, a different light: because the model is the source, a change is a re-capture of the same camera, not a new commission.

The label

A render is a representation. We treat it like one.

In the Federal Court of Australia, a misleading off-the-plan render helped rescind a A$9.58m apartment contract; the “artist’s impression” label did not save it. New South Wales now attaches penalties to undisclosed digitally altered property images, and New Zealand’s Fair Trading Act reaches the impression an image creates.

Our images are derived from your model, so the geometry, openings and datum lines are yours, not guessed. Where a frame carries generative finishing, it says so on the delivery:

Generative · dimensions approximate

Marketing that survives scrutiny is the point. The label is not a limitation; it is the reason you can publish the set.

Who it serves

Built for people who already have the model.

House + land

One plan, many facades, many sections: the same model photographed across every variant you sell, consistently, at volume.

Designers

Client-ready imagery from the file you drew, priced for practices that need it project after project, not once a year.

Architects

Design intent, held. The image shows the building you documented: your proportions, your openings, your datum lines.

Engagement

A fixed quote, then the work.

Send the brief and the file you have. We reply with a fixed per-project quote and a delivery date before anything begins; payment is by card on a private link once you accept. No subscriptions, no seats, no obligation on the brief.
